AMN Healthcare has been retained to identify a board-certified or board-eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join a reputable health system in Bergen County New Jersey. This hospital-employed opportunity enables full-scope OB/GYN practice with access to Da Vinci robotic surgery in a Level III NICU setting, supporting meaningful work-life balance and long-term career growth.

The incoming physician will join a team of 11 OB/GYNs across Bergen County, enjoy strong referral networks, in-house

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics-Gynecology.
• Willingness to join a hospital-employed program.
• Strong teamwork and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care.
• Collaborate with a team of OB/GYN physicians and support staff.
• Utilize Da Vinci robotic surgery where appropriate.
• Deliver care in a Level III NICU environment with maternal-fetal medicine support.
• Participate in residency program activities and continuous medical education.
