OB/GYN Opportunities in Maryland - Near Baltimore & DC

1. Full-time position for a BC or BE Ob/Gyn physician.
   The work involves 4 clinic days seeing a mix (approximately 60/40) of OB and Gyn patients across one of our 5 locations. One day a week is dedicated to hospital call at either Hospital A or Hospital B, without covering both during the same shift. Hospital call duties include managing laboring patients, rounding on OB and Gyn patients, OB or Gyn consults, and supporting our midwifery practice if needed. The physician may also schedule C-sections or Gyn surgeries on these days.
   Call frequency is 1 in 4 to 4.5 nights, including weekend call on the same schedule. Both hospitals have a level 3 nursery, with support from dedicated 24-hour OB anesthesia and OB laborist teams for assistance or coverage.
   Benefits and salary are commensurate with experience and generally include health and dental coverage, medical malpractice insurance, vacation leave, and a competitive salary.
   Currently, Athena is used as the EHR system. Services include in-office OB and GYN sonography, office hysteroscopy with endometrial ablation, Femilift laser rejuvenation, colposcopy, LEEP procedures, NSTs, in-office lab draws, pelvic physical therapy, mental wellness, and primary care physicians in rotating schedules.
2. Long-standing practice in a Baltimore suburb, close to DC, Philadelphia, and New York.
   Delivering exclusively at one hospital with 2 offices. Features a 4-person call rotation, collaboration with 5 CNMs and 4 nurse practitioners, hospital with a Level 2 nursery, in-house anesthesia, and pediatricians. Ample Gyn surgery options, including DaVinci Robot. The practice is team-oriented with a competitive salary and 401k benefits. Located in a Baltimore suburb.
