Job description

We are currently looking for a BC/BE OB-GYN to join our private practice in Austin, TX.

1. Work in a faith-based practice alongside 2 board-certified OB-GYN physicians and a tenured support staff in a collaborative environment.
2. Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to adolescent and adult patients, including preventive women's health, high- and low-risk obstetrics, family planning, menopause management, and minimally invasive procedures (hysteroscopy, LEEP, D&C, colposcopy, robotic surgery available).
3. As members of the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists (AAPLOG), our practice promotes a natural approach to women's healthcare.
4. Patient population: Primarily adolescent and adult women, with a small percentage of Medicare patients.
5. On-site services include lab, ultrasound, and phlebotomy for streamlined patient care.
6. Offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and health insurance.

Schedule & Call:

1. 4-day clinical workweek with flexibility.
2. 3-4 call days/month, shared with two hospital-employed groups. OB hospitalists at Ascension Seton Hospital reduce overnight and weekend call responsibilities.
3. Deliveries: Approximately 20 per month for the practice.
4. Access to a surgery center for outpatient procedures.

Support Staff & Work Environment:

1. 1:1 medical assistant support, dedicated nurses, surgery scheduler, receptionists, and AI scribe contract for documentation support.
2. Strong team culture with experienced staff and physician input in practice operations.
