OB/GYN Hospitalist Opportunity

The Opportunity: Texas Children's Hospital - Austin (TCHA) is highly specialized and offers numerous resources to families during the birthing process. TCHA anticipates approximately 400 annual deliveries as they build their patient base.

OBHG OB/GYN Hospitalists are in-house experts who handle obstetric emergencies, improving patient safety and satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with local obstetricians to ensure every pregnant woman receives experienced care. We seek OB/GYNs with excellent clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality, and a desire to influence the future of the specialty.

A day in the life includes:

• Caring for all pregnant women presenting emergently

• Monitoring labor and delivering babies
• Performing surgeries and assisting in surgical procedures
• Evaluating and treating postpartum patients
