Medical Director of Women's Health, OBGYN MD/DO

UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC seeks an OBGYN Physician to serve as the Medical Director of Women's Health. The health system has invested over $35 million in construction and renovations to support relocating hospital obstetrical, gynecological, and neonatal services into a state-of-the-art women's center, consolidating its women's health clinics into one location. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

1. Deliver exceptional patient care and clinical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology.
2. Call 1:5 or better, with midwives first on-call for deliveries.
3. Serve as a leader and mentor to a team of healthcare professionals.
4. Collaborate with physician network, hospital, and community health leaders on high-quality care delivery.
5. Ensure seamless EPIC EMR integration across hospital and ambulatory settings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current unrestricted NC Medical License

• Experience in clinical practice required
