Practice Highlights

• Join an established team of 2 OB/GYN physicians supported by 3 Certified Nurse Midwives
• Approximately 60% Obstetrics / 40% Gynecology
• Bread-and-butter OB/GYN practice with access to robotic surgery (da Vinci)

Call & Work-Life Balance

• Shared 1:4 call schedule
• Midwives take first call, with physicians serving as backup/second call
• Physicians are typically called into the hospital only 1-3 times per week (combined across the group)
• Weekend call is part of the regular rotation
• Post-call time off is provided to help maintain a healthy work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits
