• Manageable delivery volume – approximately 400 births annually, allowing time for continuity of care and focus on surgical cases
• Shared call (~10 days/month) with experienced nursing staff and in‑house anesthesia support

• C‑sections performed on the OB unit with immediate post‑op recovery for streamlined maternal care
