Practice Details:

• Well-established team in the community for 40+ years

• 20-25 Patients Per Day
• In office Sonography
• In office Surgery
• 1:12 Call Rotation
  • 12-Hour Weekday Call Shifts; 24-Hour Weekend Call Shifts
  • CNMs provide coverage throughout the week with 12-hour in-house shifts

Qualifications / Requirements:

• MD/DO
• Unrestricted State Medical License
• Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)
• Completion of ACGME OBGYN Residency program
• Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
• BLS
