Offering a full spectrum of obstetrics and gynecology services, the practice is supported by a team of 4 board-certified OB/Gyns, 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and 5 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs).

Qualifications

• MD/DO is required and license to practice in-state.
• Unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain.
• OB/GYN board certification (ABOG/AOBOG) or BE is required.
• Board certification within 5 years of eligibility is required.
• BLS certification is required.
