Overview

The Orlando Health Medical Group (OHMG) invites you to explore full-time and part-time OBGYN Hospitalist opportunities at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, a nationally recognized women’s hospital. The OBGYN Hospitalist group provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, primarily serving private practice physicians. The team operates as part of the Orlando Health Women's Institute, with coverage at Orlando Health South Lake Hospital and the upcoming Orlando Health Lake Mary hospital, opening early 2025.

Clinical Opportunities

• Labor and Delivery and Postpartum care
• Emergent gynecologic surgery
• Clinical care in Women's Triage unit

Support and Infrastructure

Our hospital maintains a robust clinical infrastructure including 24/7 OB anesthesia, in-house neonatology supporting a 142-bed NICU, and a team of employed and private practice OBGYN hospitalists. Our specialty divisions include Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, and more.

Responsibilities

• Flexible schedule with 14 clinical shifts per month, including potential coverage at other hospitals
• No on-call duties
• Collaborate with a team of at least 3 other OBGYN physicians
• Provide coverage for Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Gynecology, and Obstetric Triage
• Work with Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Midwives, PAs, NPs)

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary at $380,000/year, with bonuses and incentives
