OakLeaf Clinics – OB/GYN is seeking a full-time Physician to join our obstetrics and gynecology team in western Wisconsin. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care and collaborate with physicians, NPs, PAs, midwives, and support staff in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

The practice offers a supportive environment with opportunities for ownership in a local surgical hospital and a clear path to ownership in private practice, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of OBGYN residency.
• Board certified/board eligible OBGYN.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage obstetrical care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Participate in call coverage as assigned, anticipated to be q 5 days.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Contribute to practice development and growth initiatives.

Position Summary

OakLeaf Clinics – OB/GYN is currently seeking a full-time Physician to join our dedicated obstetrics and gynecology practice committed to comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care for women at every stage of life. We provide a supportive, collaborative environment where providers are encouraged to build strong patient relationships with patient-centered care. This position will require collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, midwives, and other medical support staff.

Key Responsibilities
