Job summary

OakLeaf Clinics – OB/GYN in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join our obstetrics and gynecology practice. The role involves comprehensive medical care, collaboration with physicians, NPs, PAs, midwives, and staff to deliver patient-centered care.

Expect a supportive, collaborative environment, emphasis on evidence-based practice, and opportunities to participate in call rotations and quality initiatives while maintaining strong patient relationships.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in OB/GYN completed.
• Board certification or board eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Current Wisconsin medical license.
• DEA registration.
• BLS certification within 3 months of employment.
• ACLS/PALS as applicable.
• Proficiency with EHR and medical documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN medical care including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, PAs, midwives and staff to coordinate care.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per best practices and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters.
• Participate in call rotations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor APNs and clinical staff as applicable.
