Job description

Facey Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join a well-established team in Valencia, California. This role is for an OB/GYN Generalist who is experienced in deliveries and minimally invasive procedures. Call is generally 1 in 6 covering only one hospital and there are also opportunities for additional income through participation in the OB Hospitalist program.

Responsibilities:

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• 1:6 call schedule
• 1 to 2 years of experience preferred, however, new graduates will be considered

Compensation and Benefits:

• Comprehensive benefit package that includes medical/dental, life & disability insurance, generous paid time off, and a substantial employer paid retirement plan contribution.
• Compensation is between $309,588 and $446,745 per year, which may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation.
• Providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
