AdventHealth in Davenport, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across the continuum in a hospital setting. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

You should have an Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), and an RN license with BLS. Strong communication, critical thinking, and EKG knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license with active/state nursing license (BLS required)
• Associate degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred
• Fluent in English, excellent communication skills
• CPR/BLS certification required or as applicable

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across multiple factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
