Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with safe and delegated patient care tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and provider.
• Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect, collaborating with team members to achieve daily patient and family goals.
• Greets, directs, informs, and schedules patients via phone or in person; ensures completion and communication of all patient intake information.
