Responsibilities

• Implement interventions per the plan of care using established nursing protocols.
• Evaluate patient responses and outcomes and communicate changes via SBAR.
• Perform technical nursing skills safely and independently with current knowledge.
• Maintain professional behavior and effective teamwork to support the mission.
• Initiate actions to mitigate risks to patients and staff, documenting appropriately.
• Review, delegate, and evaluate staffing and resource utilization per standards.
• Maintain fiscal accountability for resources and supplies.
