Job summary

Hawai‘i Pacific Health seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time position on O‘ahu. You will provide obstetric anesthesia, including labor analgesia and cesarean delivery anesthesia, in collaboration with anesthesiologists and obstetric teams.

You will perform neuraxial techniques and general anesthesia when indicated, care for high-risk obstetric patients, and respond to urgent needs while fostering teamwork and safety in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification and ability to provide obstetric anesthesia.
• Experience with labor analgesia and cesarean delivery anesthesia.
• Strong collaboration with anesthesiology and obstetric teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric anesthesia care for laboring patients.
• Perform neuraxial techniques (epidural, spinal, CSE) and administer general anesthesia when needed.
• Care for high-risk obstetric patients and respond to urgent anesthesia needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and neonatal teams to ensure safe, coordinated care.
• Contribute to safety culture, quality improvement, and ongoing learning within the department.
