Responsibilities

• Deliver obstetric anesthesia care (labor analgesia, cesarean delivery).
• Collaborate with CRNAs in a care-team model for safe, high-quality anesthesia services.
• Manage high-risk obstetric cases in coordination with obstetrics, maternal-fetal medicine, and neonatal teams.
• Participate in call coverage and urgent/emergent obstetric anesthesia services.
• Contribute to quality, safety, and performance-improvement initiatives.
• Provide evidence-based medicine while supporting a busy tertiary care environment.
