Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking an Observer/Controller to augment instructors as subject matter experts during ARSOF training at Camp Mackall and Fort Bragg, NC; you will provide operational expertise that lets cadre focus on instruction. You will observe, control, and assess student performance, support in-role instruction and scenario adjustment, and help ensure safety and readiness in challenging field conditions.

This contract role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Operational experience relevant to ARSOF course.
• Instructor or observer/controller experience.
• US citizen or legally documented alien with no adverse background.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Pass E-Verify and security review; medically fit for field conditions.
