Job summary

Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks an RN for the Observation unit. The role provides direct clinical patient care, assesses and plans care, and supervises staff on shift to maintain high-quality, safe nursing services.

Responsibilities include coordinating age-appropriate care, supporting the Chief Nursing Officer, and ensuring optimal resource use for patient care in a 20-bed telemetry-focused unit.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• Less than one year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care on a shift basis.
• Assess, plan, and implement age-appropriate care for assigned patients.
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
• Support CNO to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care and resource management.
