Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Enter and document information accurately in patient records.
• Adhere to safety standards and policies; maintain clinical quality and patient safety.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to implement care plans.
• Provide age-appropriate care across patient populations from infant to geriatric.
