Henry Ford Health Macomb Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Observation Unit on a 36 hours/week Midnight Shift. You will lead coordination of care, apply the nursing process, and educate patients and families in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implementation, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
