Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Observation Unit at Bethesda East in Boynton Beach, FL. This full-time role (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) supports patients in a high-acuity setting and emphasizes clinical excellence and compassionate care.

The RN provides direct patient care with a focus on safety, teamwork, and evidence-based practice. The qualified candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), an active RN license, and 1+ year of acute Med-Surg Tele or Cardiac

Qualifications

• 1 year acute Med/Surg Tele experience preferred.
• BLS required.
• RN licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing in the Observation Unit.
• Deliver patient-family centered care with evidence-based practice.
