Job summary
Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Infusion Therapy at Bethesda West in Boynton Beach, Florida. This full-time role offers 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts and a $15,000 bonus, with competitive pay and benefits.
The RN will provide direct patient care, infusion therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care. Minimum 6 months infusion experience, current BLS, and RN licensure required, with BSN encouraged by our career advancement program.
Qualifications
- 6 months RN infusion experience.
- BLS required.
- ONS required within 6 months of hire.
- RN licensure and eligibility to practice.
- Complete a preceptor class within twelve months of competency.
- May require ACLS/PALS/NRP/ONS/Chemotherapy certification as specified.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and infusion therapy with patient-family centered approach.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
- Demonstrate core competencies in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
