Job summary

Qualifications

• RN levels based on years of experience: RN I (<1 yr) to RN IV (10+ yrs).

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients per nursing skills inventory.
• Coordinates nursing care with interdisciplinary team; makes clinical decisions.
• Collaborates with team; contributes to positive patient outcomes based on standards of care.
• Plans and implements discharge/transfer plans.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory and Memorial Hermann policies and budget constraints.
