Lee Health in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Observation PCU 2E to deliver safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced unit.

You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to outcomes through evidence-based practice.

Requires Florida RN license and BLS; Associates or Bachelors preferred; shift 7:00 AM–7:30 PM; starting pay $30.27–$40.86 hourly, with relocation incentive up to $12,400.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associates or Bachelors preferred.
• Current Florida nursing license.
• BLS certification required; provider level, valid after hire date.
• Experience required; competency assessment may be required; varies by department.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.

Responsabilités

• Safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients based on established standards and in collaboration with other disciplines.
