• Assist patients with ambulation using a gait belt.
• Assist patients with meals and feeding.
• Commit to work availability of 48 hours per month, 12 hours on Saturday or Sunday.
• Document basic patient observations.
• Notify appropriate patient care provider of the need for patient assistance.
• Perform walking rounds to assure safety and well-being of patients.
• Sit with and/or accompany patient continuously to assure safety and well-being.
