Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA is seeking a part-time Observation Aide to provide constant monitoring for patients at risk of harm to self or others, or who exhibit unsafe changes in mental status.

You will assist licensed staff with restraints, support mobility, respond to emergencies, and operate the Avasys Monitoring System, with emphasis on safety, dependability, and customer service to patients and families.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of hospital and Avasys orientation programs.
• Clear command of spoken and written English.

Mansioni

• Provide constant observation of patients at risk of self-harm or harm to others.
• Assist licensed staff with restraints and assist with ambulation and mobility as needed.
• Recognize emergencies and respond appropriately; maintain surveillance via Avasys.
