rednote is seeking an experienced engineer to develop and maintain a full-stack observability platform covering metrics, logging, tracing, and profiling. You will drive the architectural direction for monitoring systems and implement AI-powered observability capabilities to enhance system stability.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of CS experience with Java or Go, plus familiarity with cloud-native observability tools. Fluency in English and Chinese is a strong plus.
