Job summary

Qualifications

• Top Secret SCI clearance required and poly before start.
• DOD 8140 Certification (Security+ min).
• 6+ years in infrastructure monitoring design, integration, validation, and implementation.
• Experience with monitoring and management platforms (Splunk, NETSCOUT, NNMi, HPNA).
• Tableau or similar dashboards experience.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure monitoring tools to provide real-time alerts, events, trends, and data collection across Infrastructure Services.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations on data collection, thresholds, and automated ticketing.
• Design tests using simulations and synthetic data to validate system health, availability, and performance.
• Create clear documentation for monitoring solutions and analytics platforms.
• Provide engineering support to meet SLA requirements.
• Support storage technologies like Brocade, Data Domain, Dell FluidFS, NetApp, and Dell Storage Center.
• Produce reports and data per contract requirements.
