Job summary

AHEAD is launching an Associate Development Program (LAUNCH) to attract top IT consulting talent in the country. The Associate Observability Engineer will start with a 3-month training in our Observability practice, then contribute to client projects based on skill and interest.

You will receive technical training, certification support, and mentorship from a broad AHEAD ecosystem, accelerating growth. Joining LAUNCH means developing as a technical and consulting expert, with career pathways

Qualifications

• Document observability systems, solutions, and operational procedures thoroughly.
• General software engineering and scripting proficiency (Python, Java, .NET)
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required

Responsibilities
