Job summary

AHEAD is seeking an Associate Observability Engineer for its LAUNCH program in the U.S. Observability fundamentals and strong coding basics are preferred as you begin training in our Observability practice.

You will participate in a structured 3-month training and then work on client projects based on skill and business needs. This role offers a pathway to become a technical and consulting expert within a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Document observability systems, solutions, and operational procedures thoroughly
• General software engineering and scripting proficiency (Python, Java, .NET)
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate effectively across teams, and build positive relationships

Experience in at least one of the below

• Graduated with a degree in technical discipline by 1/11/2026
• Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or relevant field is a plus
• Successful completion in a technical-related bootcamp

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location. We are unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship for this role.
