Job summary

TechDigital Group in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced OBIEE professional to design and optimize OBIEE RPD models, build star schemas from Snowflake structures, and profile large data sets using PL/SQL on SQL Server. You’ll implement OBIEE features—cache, usage tracking, hierarchies, and metadata blocks—while ensuring scalable analytics across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, can work independently or in teams, and bring 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in OBIEE RPD modeling and designing star/snowflake schemas.
• OBIEE expert with knowledge of Analytic Server, Web Server, RPD, Web Catalog, Security, Dashboards, Reports, iBots and Scheduler.
• Experience in writing and profiling complex PL/SQL queries for large data sets on SQL Server.
• Experience with OBIEE features like cache, usage tracking, dimensional hierarchies, initialization blocks, etc.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to grasp both technical and business concepts quickly.
• Knowledge and experience in performance tuning.
• Basic knowledge of ETL tools (preferably SSIS).

Primary Skill-OBIEE

• Experience in OBIEE RPD modeling, designing start/snowflake schemas
• OBIEE Expert with a thorough understanding of OBIEE architecture and the role of different OBIEE components like Analytic Server, Web Server, RPD, Web Catalog, Security, Dashboards, Reports, iBots and Scheduler
• Experience in writing and profiling complex PL/SQL queries and fetch appropriate data from huge data sets efficiently (SQL Server)
• Experience in OBIEE Features (i.e. Cache, Usage tracking, Dimensional hierarchy, Variables/Initialization Blocks configuration etc.), converting Snow-Flake Schema to Star Schema, Dim Hierarchies, Dim Extensions, and Physical & Logical Data Modeling.
• Possess good communication, interpersonal skills, an ability to quickly grasp new concepts- both technical and business related. Flexible and experienced to work independently or in a team environment.
• Knowledge and Experience in Performance tuning.
• Basic knowledge in ETL tools (Preferably SSIS).

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 10 years of relevant experience.
