University Hospital is looking for a Staff Nurse - OBGYN in Newark, NJ. This vital role involves assessing and providing individualized patient care across various ages, ensuring all nursing interventions are performed effectively.

Your responsibilities will include independent procedural care, medication administration, and effective communication with healthcare teams and patients. A current nursing license in New Jersey is required, with preferred experience in Maternal–Child specialties. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a current license to practice in New Jersey.
• Two years of experience in Maternal–Child; Ambulatory Care preferred.
• ANA certification and Lactation Counseling Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent procedural care in accordance with nursing practice.
• Administer, monitor, and document medications and immunizations.
• Develop and maintain good human relations skills with patients and staff.
