Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) - OB/GYN will be responsible for:

• Delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process within an established philosophy.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and desired outcomes.
• Providing physical and psychological support to patients, families, and visitors.
• Maintaining professional nursing standards.
  
  

Submission & Compliance Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of OB/Labor & Delivery experience required.
• Postpartum experience required.
• Trauma Level III experience preferred.
• EMR: MediTech experience highly preferred.
• Requested Time Off (RTO) Policy:
• RTO must be submitted at the time of profile upload.
• No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.

Certification Requirements

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  
  

State License Requirements

• Arkansas RN license required (must be active at submission)
• Compact licenses accepted
  
  

Location Restrictions

• White River will not review applicants within 90 miles of Batesville.
• Applicants between 90-150 miles may not be selected but will be reviewed.
