OnPoint Medical Group is seeking an outstanding Referral Coordinator for South Denver OBGYN in Littleton to manage referrals, insurance verifications, and OB payment plans. This role also handles medical record requests and ensures compliance with records requests.

The position requires knowledge of medical office procedures, strong communication, and attention to accurate documentation. Collaboration with multiple departments and frontline staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical office procedures.
• Knowledge of managed care organizations and insurance pre-notification requirements.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Obtain referrals for office visits when appropriate.
• Verify insurance for patients of South Denver OBGYN.
• Coordinate and schedule all incoming referrals.
• Create and maintain OB payment plans.
• Release of records for requests and ensure compliant disclosure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medical records and referrals.
