Lunera Health is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of our healthcare practice in Northern Virginia. The role blends clinical knowledge with leadership to deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining financial and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate holds an RN license with a Bachelor’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration, 3+ years of outpatient nursing, 2+ years in supervision, and proven experience with EHR systems and healthcare IT.
Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

By analyzing workflow and patient care processes, the manager will identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that optimize operational efficiency. Ultimately, this role ensures that the practice delivers exceptional care while maintaining financial and regulatory standards.
