Job summary

Curative is seeking an OB/GYN to join an established practice in West Texas. The role combines obstetrics and gynecology with robotics-enabled surgery, in a clinic on the hospital campus and with access to dedicated OR time.

Compensation includes a $450,000 base salary plus RVU productivity, a $20,000 annual incentive, a $50,000 sign-on, relocation up to $10,000, and comprehensive benefits. H-1B sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• New graduates welcome; experience is a plus.
• H-1B sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetrics and gynecology care in a busy West Texas practice.
• Utilize robotic and minimally invasive surgical capabilities.
• Manage outpatient clinic and in-hospital calls with dedicated OR access.
