AOIA's Women Obstetrics & Gynecology in Nashville is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN to join a physician-led, collaborative practice with strong mentorship and a clear path to partnership.

The role supports an all-female group with robust clinical staff, nursing support, and access to Da Vinci robotic platforms at hospital locations. Expect 3.5 clinic days, dedicated OR time, and shareable call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Eligible/Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Willingness to practice in a busy private practice setting with strong mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 3.5 clinic days per week.
• Share 1:6+ call rotation, with post-call day flexibility.
• Access to Da Vinci robotic surgery platforms for procedures.
• Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, and Urogynecology partners.
