Job summary

Women Obstetrics & Gynecology in Nashville is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN to join a physician-led, all-female group. The position offers a collaborative environment, strong mentorship, excellent clinical support, and a clear path to partnership.

Expect a balanced schedule with 3.5 clinic days per week, dedicated OR time, and a shared 1:6+ call rota; in-house WHNPs, CNMs, PAs, and dedicated staff provide robust support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Interest in practicing in a busy, well-supported private practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

• Pursue partnership opportunities and contribute to a high-quality patient experience.
