Jackson Physician Search is helping a physician-led, hospital-contracted OBGYN group that operates like private practice—without overhead stress. Physicians are treated as professionals, with dedicated NP partners, collaborative care, and a broad GYN surgical scope performing 500+ cases/yr.

This role offers an extremely competitive base salary with additional bonuses, a $100K recruitment incentive, true 4-day weeks, control over clinic times, and substantial time off.
