Job summary

Accolades Physician Resources seeks an OB/Gyn for a high-volume, hospital-based practice in Texas. The role includes pregnancy, delivery and postpartum care within a 100-bed Women’s & Children’s Hospital setting, featuring a Level 2 Labor & Delivery Unit and robotic gynecologic surgery capabilities.

Join a department of 7 physicians and 7 nurses, share call 1:7, and benefit from a strong support system, Epic EMR, and a new OB Laborist program.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in Texas.
• BC/BE OBGYN.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.

Responsibilities

• Provide pregnancy, delivery and postpartum care in a Level 2 Labor & Delivery Unit.
• Join an existing department of 7 physicians and 7 nurses; share on-call 1:7.
• Support new OB Laborist program and robotic gynecologic surgery.
• Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation and care coordination.

Overview

Regional Hospital over 500 total beds with over 400 employed providers continues to expand to treat local and nearby Texans. Recent expansion includes a new 39 bed ICU & a new Cancer Center. Emergency Medicine volume is 60,000 annual visits. Hospital has 5 da Vinci Robots for Surgery. The newest technology is constantly being added and supported by a solid financial budget. Affiliated with Mayo Clinic. Soon a brand new family medicine residency will be established. Service area has 25 counties.

ROLE

• Women's & Children's Hospital of 100 Beds
• OB/Gyn clinic provides traditional Well Woman Exams, along with diagnosis & treatment of a variety of conditions including abnormal pap smears, bleeding disorders, infertility, menopause, STDs, PMS, contraceptive needs and more.
• Physicians ensure pregnancy, delivery and postpartum experiences are safe, comfortable & natural.
• Shared call 1:7
• Join existing department of 7 physicians and 7 Nurses
• New OB Laborist program to support you

• 2 Gynecological ORs equipped with robotic surgical units

PACKAGE

• Salary commensurate with exp. $500,000-$625,000
• Plus Incentives

• Year 1 income can reach $775,000 with RVU + Quality bonuses
