Job summary

Accolades Physician Resources seeks an OB/Gyn physician to join a Women’s & Children’s Hospital team in Texas. The practice offers Well Woman exams, diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions, and comprehensive obstetric services with Level 2 Labor & Delivery.

The department features a 1:7 call structure, a new OB Laborist program, robotic gynecologic surgery, MFM support, and Epic EMR. Competitive compensation with incentives and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas medical license or be eligible for licensure in Texas.
• BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology, with US residency if applicable.
• Current US work visa status or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Shared call schedule 1:7.
• Join an established department of 7 physicians and 7 nurses.
• New OB Laborist program to support coverage.
• Level 2 Labor & Delivery Unit.
• Two gynecologic ORs equipped with robotic surgical units.
• MFM support and Epic EMR usage.

Overview

Regional Hospital over 500 total beds with over 400 employed providers continues to expand to treat local and nearby Texans. Recent expansion includes a new 39 bed ICU & a new Cancer Center. Emergency Medicine volume is 60,000 annual visits. Hospital has 5 da Vinci Robots for Surgery. The newest technology is constantly being added and supported by a solid financial budget. Affiliated with Mayo Clinic. Soon a brand new family medicine residency will be established. Service area has 25 counties.

ROLE

Women's & Children's Hospital of 100 Beds

OB/Gyn clinic provides traditional Well Woman Exams, along with diagnosis & treatment of a variety of conditions including abnormal pap smears, bleeding disorders, infertility, menopause, STDs, PMS, contraceptive needs and more. Physicians ensure pregnancy, delivery and postpartum experiences are safe, comfortable & natural.

PACKAGE

Salary commensurate with exp.$500,000-$625,000

Plus Incentives

• Sign on bonus $60k
• Year 1 income can reach $775,000 with RVU + Quality bonuses
