Intermountain Health seeks an OB/GYN physician to join a newly forming eight-member group in Utah County, shaping a brand-new residency program starting in 2028 and training medical students from 2029. The clinic sits across from Utah Valley Hospital with strong subspecialty support and a comprehensive Women’s Health Network.

The role offers a guaranteed base salary of $361,500 with productivity pay, up to $20,000 quality incentive annually, a $30,000 signing bonus, up to $20,000 relocation

About this role:

We are seeking an OB/GYN physician to join a newly forming, collegial group of eight OB/GYNs. This is a rare chance to help shape a growing practice, serve the Utah County community, andplay a foundational role in building a brand-new OB/GYN residency program.

• You’ll be a generalist OB/GYN with significant flexibility in your ratio of gynecology and obstetrics.
• You’ll be deeply involved in developing a new Intermountain OB/GYN residency program (anticipated to begin in 2028) and training medical students (beginning in 2029) in a supportive clinical environment.
• 1:8 gynecology call
• Obstetric call may be optional, as you have the chance to sign out to our dedicated, experienced obstetric hospitalist team.
• Clinic is conveniently located across the street from Utah Valley Hospital, where all surgeries and deliveries occur.

Utah Valley Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center, serves Utah County and surrounding communities with exceptional resources:

• 24/7 in-house anesthesia, obstetric hospitalists, and neonatology
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine available on site during the day and available via telemedicine consult overnight
• Level III NICU capable of caring for patients across all acuity levels and gestational ages
• Da Vinci Robotics Surgical Suite XI & DV5 on site with ample block time.
• Urogynecologists, MIGs, Gynecologic Oncologists, and allied women's health professionals are all part of Intermountain's thriving Women's Health Network.

How we'll support you:
