Dignity Health Medical Group – Sierra Nevada in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to join a well‑established, low‑risk delivery focused practice with one‑hospital coverage at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital.

You will collaborate with experienced OB/GYNs and midwives, participate in a shared 1:4 call schedule, and provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care while supporting patient‑centered, team‑based care.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible for a medical license in California.
• Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN (ABMS or AOA).
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate OBGYN training program.

Responsibilities

Job Summary And Responsibilities

As our OB/GYN Physician, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group - Sierra Nevada, a distinguished multi-specialty group in Grass Valley, CA. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care within a well-respected and tenured practice alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers. You will provide expert clinical care within a collaborative environment, offering one-hospital coverage at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital, which handles approximately 30 low‑risk deliveries per month. Your duties will include engaging in collaborative care with a community OB/GYN and midwife, while benefiting from a shared 1:4 call schedule that ensures excellent work‑life balance. To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician with a passion for women's health, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care within a collegial group.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care services.
• Participate actively in a shared 1:4 call schedule.
• Collaborate with community OB/GYN and midwife for an integrated approach to patient care.
• Provide coverage at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital for low‑risk deliveries and other OB/GYN needs.

We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

• Salary Range: $375,000 - $425,000 annually, plus productivity incentives.
• Signing Bonus: Up to $125,000 OR up to $85,000 Sign‑On Bonus with up to $100,000 Student Loan Repayment.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000.

Job Requirements
