Dignity Health Medical Group - Sierra Nevada in Grass Valley, CA, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join a distinguished multi-specialty practice. You will deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You will participate in a shared 1:4 call schedule, provide one-hospital coverage at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital, and support high-quality care for low-risk deliveries.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible for a medical license in California.
• Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN (ABMS or AOA).
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate OBGYN training program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, team-based care and diverse patient population.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our OB/GYN Physician, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group - Sierra Nevada, a distinguished multi-specialty group in Grass Valley, CA. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care within a well-respected and tenured practice alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers.

You will provide expert clinical care within a collaborative environment, offering one-hospital coverage at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital, which handles approximately 30 low-risk deliveries per month. Your duties will include engaging in collaborative care with a community OB/GYN and midwife, while benefiting from a shared 1:4 call schedule that ensures excellent work-life balance.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician with a passion for women's health, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care within a collegial group.

Incentives

We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

• Salary Range: $375,000 - $425,000 annually, plus productivity incentives.
• Signing Bonus: Up to $125,000 OR up to $85,000 Sign-On Bonus with up to $100,000 Student Loan Repayment.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000.

Required:
