Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Registered Nurse to participate as a key member of the health care team, delivering high-quality nursing care to Health Plan members and patients. The RN will use the nursing process and leadership skills to address acute and chronic needs under supervision.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and coordination within interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care and adherence to Kaiser Permanente policies and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Minimum two years RN experience within the last five years.
• Three years of recent Labor and Delivery or outpatient OBGYN experience with NST or C-EFM preferred/required.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program and valid RN licenses in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care across the care continuum.
• Lead, delegate and monitor quality of care within the health care team.
• Collaborate with Team Leader and Manager on policies, performance and patient care standards.
• Document care and ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
