Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years RN experience within the last five years or completion of Kaiser Permanente NW RN New Grad/transition program.
• Minimum two years experience in inpatient or outpatient cardiac unit.
• Minimum one year experience in acute care or critical care nursing within the last 5 years.
• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care to Health Plan members and patients using the nursing process.
• Lead and mentor health care team members; ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in population-based care activities and health education.
• Utilize computerized information systems and practice management tools.
