Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown in Nashville, TN seeks an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner to join a high-volume clinic providing prenatal/postpartum, well-woman exams, and minor gynecologic procedures.

Join a supportive team with an accessible supervising physician in a collaborative practice. Full-time schedule aligns with Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a CME allowance and tail coverage as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date or job transfer date.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse outpatient panel featuring routine prenatal/postpartum care, well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, and minor gynecological procedures.
• Work side-by-side with an accessible, supportive supervising physician in a team-based practice model.

Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown is looking for an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner to join our high volume OB/GYN clinic.

• Join an established team of 7 physicians, 15 residents and 2 APP's

• Call structure: None

• Practice setting: outpatient

• Employed position within a nonprofit health system

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

• Manage a diverse outpatient panel featuring routine prenatal/postpartum care, well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, and minor gynecological procedures.

• Work side-by-side with an accessible, supportive supervising physician in a team-based practice model.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
