Job summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitates efficient patient flow including preparing the patient for the visit and providing assistance as determined by providers.
• Performs EMR documentation and ensures in-basket accuracy in Care Connect/EPIC.
• Maintains and cleans work area, equipment, and reports malfunctions.
• Communicates with patients in a respectful and caring manner.
• Supports coordination of care and education as directed by the health care team.
• Maintains documentation guidelines around patient charges and services.
